Afternoon Trades
Some of the best opportunities to profit are in the afternoon.
Here’s why:
Traders use technical analysis tools like support and resistance to build positions on volatile stocks. Support and resistance lines are identifiable on a stock chart due to volatile price action.

In the afternoon, we have the morning price action to show us key support and resistance.
Conversely, in the morning, we have less data to work with because the stock has only been running for a few minutes/hours.
These volatile stocks can follow popular patterns, that’s how we trade them for a profit. But for some people it’s easier to recognize the patterns in the afternoon.
