‘To the Moon’ Watchlist September 4, 2022

Happy Sunday, traders. It’s Matt here.

I hope you’re all basking in some Labor Day down time with food, friends, family, and a cool beverage of your choice.

Cue the holiday commercials. Now let’s get down to business, cause you’re gonna wanna be ready on Tuesday to see what happens next.

We have an event unlike any other unfolding in the crypto space right now, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Because either way, I’ve got a strategy in mind. You see, once you understand the overall picture as a trader, you can identify a play no matter which way the trade goes.

So let’s dive into how I plan to play crypto on Tuesday!

How to Watch the Aftermath of Ethereum’s Merge

As the poet Robert Frost once said, “Two roads diverged in a yellow wood…” Okay, you got me, I’m not a poet. But I do get very excited about make or break moments like these in the markets.

I’m into pivots, turning points, big reveals! That’s why I created a jam-packed video for my students in the War Room showing them exactly what to watch and how to play this big event.

The big event being Ethereum (ETH) switching from Proof-of-Work (PoW) to Proof-of-Stake (PoS).

Earlier this week, we outlined some of Ethereum’s highest ambitions for their new model, which they highlighted at their recent San Francisco conference.

But here’s the thing … nothing is guaranteed. Not in life and not in crypto. So here’s what I’m curious about now…

What happens if there’s a big snafu in The Merge? And what happens if all goes according to plan, but traders just plain don’t like the new plan?

The Mainstream Media Wants You to Believe That Bitcoin and the Rest of Crypto Are Dead…

Rumors of crypto’s demise have been largely exaggerated.

In fact, now is the best time to sharpen up your skills…

Before the next bull run rolls around.

This is an opportunity to watch traders, and maybe institutional investors as well, cast their votes … not by proxy, but by buying and selling

If people believe in The Merge, ETH could see new inflows, after the ‘buy the rumor, sell the news’ type of traders excuse themselves from the game.

But if they don’t, they could vote against it by buying Ethereum Classic (ETC) instead.

I’m so curious to see how this one plays out … Be ready, traders.

Conclusion

Fundamental changes to major companies don’t just happen every day. They’re milestones in trading history.

The best way to play these events is to be ready for them, with a community of knowledgeable, engaged, and experienced traders at your side.

That’s why I created the Crypto War Room. I wanted an exclusive place for excited and ambitious traders like yourself to gather and share the latest alpha in real-time. I hope you’ll join us all there!
